Join Merchant Industry, LLC as a Territory Manager and be part of our team shaping the future of sales talent in the merchant processing industry. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a drive for business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling new MID's and fostering relationships within our field sales team.

As a Territory Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide support and mentorship to up to 4 Merchant Account Specialists, with the potential to grow your team to 9 MAS's. You will play a key role in developing sales talent through comprehensive training programs and mentorship initiatives, helping your team excel and achieve success in the industry.

Compensation for this role includes a annual base salary of $65K along with additional incentives for meeting sales quotas and producing approved MIDs. You will have the opportunity to earn a 5% override on approved MIDs from your MAS Reps for the first 12 months and a 20% override on your own deals, with the potential for long-term residual bonuses based on performance.

Education/Certification:
  • High School Diploma/GED/Degree from a school of higher learning

Experience:
  • Must have Merchant Services credit card processing sales experience
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Canvassing experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions.
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
