Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative
Key responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Skilled Customer Service Representative with strong typing skills
- Capable of handling high call volume phone calls and data entry
- Experienced in managing customer accounts
- Able to assist with dispatch and receiving drivers
- Possess excellent multitasking skills and can handle special projects
- Owns reliable transportation and able to work overtime as needed
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm Pay: $20-$22
This is a temp to permanent position with opportunity for full time hire for the right candidate.
