ESS Support Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:
Lion Energy is looking for an ESS Support Technician to join our team in our American Fork office. This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers. We seek someone to become an expert on our products to keep our customers smiling. Tech-savvy, friendly, and can explain things in an easy-to-understand way by email, phone, or in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Act as product expert-Understand our Energy Storage Systems to the level where you can answer any customer question. When customers have specific needs, help them find the best solution. Evaluate the customer's objective and suggest alternatives and recommendations. Work with our various engineering teams to explain any issues found and provide solution recommendations.

Provide customer support - Collaborate with other technical team members to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Provide Excellent and straightforward solutions to problems over the phone, email, and in person. Travel locally and across the nation to provide support to customers.

DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
Two years of related technical support experience
Technically savvy
Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
Electrical Experience preferred
