Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic human resources management and oversight for large manufacturing facility
- Support 800 employees and manage 4-6 direct reports in all HR functions
- Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs
- Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and cross-functional teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Provide guidance and support in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations/investigations, performance management, training, learning & development, and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years' progressive human resources experience required
- 5 years' HR management experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
