Our office is looking for a Front Desk Medical Phone Operator for a busy surgical office. Candidate must be a team player, enthusiastic about work, friendly in a face to face and phone interactions. Spanish speaking is a must for this position.
Also we are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our amazing team.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to exam rooms.
- Obtain and appropriately record patient vitals,/ medication list.
- Monitor patient flow.
- Assist physician with minor clinical procedures.
- Prepare patient charts.
- Maintain a safe environment in accordance with standard, policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous medical/surgical experience preferred but we can train.
- Familiar with minor medical surgical procedures preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish verbally and in writing Preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Valid NV driver license .(A MUST)
- Reliable transportation
Position requires travel between locations.
Spanish speaking preferred.
