Superstar Front Desk Assistant wanted For Doctor's office
- $18 Hourly (plus commission)
- Part-Time
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to be our new Front Desk Assistant at our health and wellness office. You must have the ability to do several things at once, deliver impeccable customer service all while keeping a smile on your face! Experience in the field is not required but is a bonus. Must be proficient in word, power point and overall computer knowledge. You should have a desire to make a difference in the world by inspiring others to be healthy. Some duties include: greeting patients with extra care and love that will make them feel welcome, referring patients through your enthusiasm and conversations with our established patients, and delivering simple financial presentations including collecting money when money is due. This position is not for the meek. ONLY THE BOLD NEED APPLY! Anyone can type and answer phones....we need a Superstar!! ~25 to 35 hrs a week to start, with lots of room for growth and BONUS structure.
