We are looking for someone with an eager and career-minded person to join our team as a Commercial Lines CSR. As part of this role, your responsibilities will be maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and implementing strategies to promote client retention. For this role, the ideal candidate must possess experience in customer service and insurance experience is a plus. A valid insurance license would be helpful, but the right person could be invested in and trained. This combination of qualifications ensures you have the necessary knowledge and credentials to excel in this position. The base salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on the experience level.

• Increase overall value and retention by building loyalty and trust in the customer-business relationship.
• Be available to address any questions or concerns and help them understand, navigate and service their insurance policies.
• Provide consistent and accurate communication.
• In everyday operations, use computer systems to process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements.
• Maintain the information's confidentiality, integrity, and security, safeguarding the clients privacy and the organization's reputation.

• Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance License HELPFUL.
• 1+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience HELPFUL.
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Work experience in a fast-paced office environment, using a multiline phone system and computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
• Multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
