Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources functions within a company. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure the organization's HR functions are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hires, developing and administering employee policies, and managing employee relations issues. This individual will also be responsible for managing employee benefit programs, training and development initiatives, and compliance with relevant labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will work directly to the CEO and the CFO and other senior management to ensure the company's HR functions are operating effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role
- Proven experience developing and managing HR programs and processes
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
