Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. The successful candidate should have proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, and a genuine understanding and compassion for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staffing Process Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
    • Utilize Bamboo HR for streamlined recruitment and onboarding processes.
  2. Job Description Compliance:

    • Ensure that all job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Use Bamboo HR to maintain accurate and accessible job descriptions.
  3. Training and Performance Management:

    • Develop comprehensive training materials and performance management programs to enhance employee understanding of job responsibilities.
    • Leverage Bamboo HR tools for efficient performance tracking and management.
  4. Compensation Strategy:

    • Create and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys, using Bamboo HR for data analysis.
    • Regularly update the compensation strategy within the Bamboo HR system.
  5. Employee Issue Resolution:

    • Investigate employee issues and conflicts, facilitating resolution in accordance with company policies and regulations.
    • Document and track conflict resolution processes within Bamboo HR.
  6. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, using Bamboo HR for regulatory tracking and reporting.
    • Utilize Bamboo HR to stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
  7. Performance and Salary Reviews:

    • Conduct regular performance and salary reviews, working with managers to ensure fair and consistent evaluations within Bamboo HR.
  8. HR Policy Application:

    • Ensure the consistent application of all company HR policies across the organization.
    • Utilize Bamboo HR to disseminate and track adherence to HR policies.
  9. Organizational Charts and Directories:

    • Maintain up-to-date organizational charts and employee directories using Bamboo HR's organizational management features.
  10. Strategic Alignment:

    • Partner with management to align strategic HR goals with overall business initiatives, using Bamboo HR for strategic workforce planning.
  11. HR Systems and Processes:

    • Maintain and improve HR systems and processes within Bamboo HR to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement Bamboo HR technology solutions that support various HR functions.
  12. Support and Guidance:

    • Provide support and guidance to HR staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
    • Utilize Bamboo HR for employee support and communication.
  13. Compensation and Benefits Analysis:

    • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits using Bamboo HR analytics, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  14. Retention Strategies:

    • Design and implement effective employee retention strategies, tracking their success through Bamboo HR analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Bamboo HR or similar HRIS platforms.2
