Role Description:

This is a full-time Sales Representative role with RISE Pest Control. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pest control services to residential and commercial customers. This includes identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role provides Travel work opportunities.

Job Description:

- Engage in door-to-door sales efforts to promote and sell our pest control services to residential customers.

- Educate potential customers on the benefits of our services and address any questions or concerns they may have.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in the field.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Job Requirements:

- Sales experience is a plus but not required.

- Customer Support experience is a plus.

- Ability to Travel.

- Must be honest and empathetic to the needs of Customers.

- Ability to make great first impressions and desire to help people.

- Professional approach with In-Home presentations and proposals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
