Construction Interpreter / Project Coordinator

• Provide communication support to the Planning team
• Participate in internal/external meetings to provide high quality consecutive/simultaneous
• interpretation to and from Korean and English
• Translate (Korean-English and vice versa) emails and a variety of documents including legal,
• proposals, development plans, contracts, etc. accurately and in a timely manner
• Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions
• Provide sight translation as needed to team
• Liaise between the internal teams to provide a smooth communication process
• Research technical terms to prepare for meetings requiring translation services

• Entry-level candidates will be considered
• Local candidates preferred, but not required

• Construction experience preferred, but not required
• Project coordination experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with
• employees at all levels in a construction environment.
• Excellent communication, Computer Skills (MS Office) & Problem Solving
