Document Control Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
- Document Control: Maintain and update document control/revision control systems following established procedures.
- Documentation Coordination: Manage and coordinate manufacturing facility documentation requirements.
- Revision Management: Ensure product documentation is available at the appropriate point of use with correct revisions.
- ECO Processing: Process engineering change orders (ECOs) using Quality Document Management Systems (QDMS) or similar electronic platforms.
- Master Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain the Master Record filing system.
- Manufacturing Documentation: Issue manufacturing documents and track the disposition of each issued document.
- Quality Review: Review documents to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Effective Communication: Communicate any documentation or assembly issues to customers.
Requirements:
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office business programs, including Word and Excel.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret blueprints is advantageous.
- Assembly Documentation: Familiarity with reading and interpreting assembly documentation for component placement and accuracy is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit keen attention to detail.
- Educational Background: High school diploma/GED or equivalent office work experience.
- IPC Certification: IPC certification is beneficial.
