Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Human Resource Associate. The Human Resource Associate will execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with the Chief People Officer by performing the following responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review benefits packages
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Implement training and development plans
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization in conjunction with the Chief People Officer
• Monitor budgets
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process

Familiarity with full cycle recruiting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good problem-solving abilities
