An energetic Customer Service Representative is needed for our client in King of Prussia, PA! As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers via phone and email. This direct-hire opportunity offers $42-45k annually!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Include:
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Supporting Account Managers and their sales efforts
- Monitoring, managing and reporting inventory levels to customers to maximize supply
- Handling complaints concerning services rendered and coordinating the appropriate corrective action to satisfy customer
- Receiving orders from customers and accurately enter into database and submit Purchase order with vendor
- Submitting orders via vender portal
- Providing order update information to customers
- Quoting, scheduling, and tracking customer shipments and deliveries
- Coordinating customer pick-ups by providing dates and times from vendor or warehouse
