Responsibilities:

Building Maintenance Plans:
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee maintenance of all cultivation equipment.
- Schedule routine inspections and repairs.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize equipment performance.
Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge:
- Troubleshoot and address issues promptly.
- HVAC Knowledge and trouble shooting of commercial units.
- Coordinate with external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with codes.
Grounds Upkeep:
- Manage grounds maintenance, including weed control and landscaping.
- Implement landscaping plans for aesthetics.
- Monitor and adjust irrigation systems.
Building Maintenance Skills:
- Perform drywall repairs and other maintenance tasks.
- Install and maintain cultivation lights.
- Respond to leaks and plumbing issues promptly.
