Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Business Development Manager with expertise in the multifamily property management industry to drive our growth and expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, strategic thinker, adept at building relationships, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the multifamily property management sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of proven experience in the Business Development Manager role or similar role.

· Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the multifamily property management industry.

· Strong understanding of multifamily property management operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

· Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.

· Self-motivated and results -oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.

· Willingness to travel as needed.
