Customer Service Coordinator (call center exp req; 8:00am-4:30pm)
Location: Shrewsbury, MA - in office
Salary: $22 - $24 Hourly + Benefits
Benefits: Health, 401k w/ match, Life, PTO
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start and end times)

Customer Service Coordinator (call center exp req; 8:00am-4:30pm) Description

Our client, a small family-owned environmental services company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Shrewsbury, MA. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer support, schedule service appointments, and manage technician schedules. Our client seeks someone with a background in customer relations within field services such as pest control or landscaping. Beyond that, this position demands strong interpersonal skills, effective phone presence, and computer proficiency. Customer Service Coordinator (call center exp req; 8:00am-4:30pm) Responsibilities

• Answer and address incoming phone calls
• Identify, assess, and resolve customer issues over the phone
• Act as liaison between customers and technicians
• Schedule appointments and services
• Create work schedules for technicians in the field
• Verify and update information in the system
• Assist with upselling services

Customer Service Coordinator (call center exp req; 8:00am-4:30pm) Qualifications

• Proven office-based customer service experience required
• Scheduling appointments and/or dispatching experience required
• Capable of managing high call volumes required
• Computer proficiency, including managing multiple screens required
• Ability to work onsite required
