AC Disaster Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer who will create and manage internal and client Salesforce instances. This role will work cross-functionally with Data/Technology, Operations, and Business Development to ensure our environment meets the needs of our internal stakeholders. They will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce systems for our clients.

Position Responsibilities/Role Competencies:

The Salesforce lightning developer will have strong experience in the Salesforce platform and related technologies. This person will:

• Build applications to meet evolving requirements and improve the internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment.
• Build and customize Salesforce solutions and manage integrations with other systems.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the organization's business objectives.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Master's Degree.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• SFDC Experience working in Visualforce, Lightning/Communities, APEX coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows, Flows, CSS, HTML, Templates, Custom coding and Web Services.
• Lightning development experience including lightning design, components, Aura Framework, JavaScript and Serverside components.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
• Thorough understanding of/and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API's.
• Expertise in implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, Chatter & App-exchange applications.
• Expertise in Salesforce core languages: Apex (language, triggers, classes, web services); Visualforce (pages and components); Lightning components and SOQL.
• Ability to quickly and accurately perform quality cost analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with various stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
• Capable of multi-tasking when necessary.
• Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer, Information Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, MIS, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Five years of previous experience including 2+ years of software development with two years of Salesforce application development.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Mobility required on-site with clients.

• Sitting or standing for hours at a time.
• Ability to work at a computer for prolonged periods of time as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. repetitively throughout the day and as needed.
• The Salesforce Developer may work in an office or home environment or be deployed to the field which may require working outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
