Hands on Training

• Assist call ins with adding cars and questions on policy
• Assist walk ins with questions as needed
• Review underwriting alerts and efficiently contact insureds to complete required information.
• Answer phones to help service current clients.
• Review Insurance products we offer with new and current clients.
• Review policy changes with clients to ensure they are comfortable and happy with their insurance policies..
• Make billing and document reminder calls to retain current clients.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Work closely with co-workers to achieve agency goals.

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
