IMMEDIATE OPENING

Farmer's Insurance office in South Arlington is seeking a full-time experienced Farmer's liscensed sales producer.

Our premier agency is rapidly growing and we are looking for the right individual to join our staff.

Must have an outgoing and friendly personality as well as someone who is reliable and works well with others.

Our licensed Sales Representative will be responsible for sales, marketing and providing exceptional customer service to our existing clientele as well as marketing for new prospects.

Excess/Surplus Lines experience a plus!

Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Recommend Farmers Insurance products that fit each customers goals and budget
  • Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and help clients make informed decisions
  • Build lasting relationships through careful follow-up and dependable service
  • Review existing policies and look for ways to improve protection for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client conversations, and policy updates
  • Support a welcoming office experience that reflects Ideals values and service standards



Requirements
  • Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Prior insurance sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
  • Comfort with quoting, policy reviews, and account follow-up
  • Organized approach to managing leads and client details
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or other sales tracking tools
  • Preferred experience with Farmers Insurance products and procedures
