Entry Level Insurance Sales Producer is a position for individuals who are seeking a sales position within an insurance agency. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, licensing support and study material to help you successfully obtain your insurance producer's license and advance into a confident top performing sales representative.

Responsibilities
  • Craft Comprehensive Insurance Quotes: Create tailored insurance quotes that resonate with potential clients' needs, showcasing the value and coverage our services provide.
  • Acquire 20 Households per month
  • Acquire 10 Online Reviews or Referrals per month
  • Hit Personal and Agency Goals that are set each month
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.

Requirements
  • A Property and Casualty license is preferred, but will train someone willing to get licensed.
  • Posses a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, coachable and resourceful
  • Sales Experience or client-facing background is not a must but is a plus
  • Motivated and Determined
  • Goal Driven and able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations
  • Must Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
  • Must have basic computer proficiency
