Job description

The Heisserer Agency is a Presidents Council award winning agency that represents the top 1% of all Farmers agencies nationwide for both growth and customer satisfaction. As a top performing agency, we are seeking an individual that will assist us in maintaining and growing our business. We need assistance with servicing and assisting our current customers while growing our customer base.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commission + bonuses + benefits including holiday pay, paid time off and a matching retirement plan. Theres a lot of potential growth within Farmers, with increasing pay, commissions and bonus structure. Your success is our success!

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients, identifying their insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to leads, presenting insurance products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Policy Presentations: Explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand their insurance choices.
  • Lead Management: Follow up with leads, provide necessary information, and guide them through the insurance purchasing process.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients, address any concerns or
  • questions, and provide ongoing support as needed.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Interpersonal
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the insurance industry.
  • Professionalism: Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Local Commitment: Must be based in or around St. Louis, Missouri and willing to work on-site.
