Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new leads daily
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients
  • Recommend personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Respond to inquiries about policies, coverage changes, and claims
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Participate in regular training (remote or in-person)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Property & Casualty license is a plus, but not required.
