Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our Protg Program. This role offers hands-on training in sales, customer service, and agency operations, with the goal of preparing you to run your own Farmers Insurance agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn to quote and sell insurance products including auto, home, and life
  • Provide support and service to existing clients
  • Help manage daily agency operations
  • Participate in training and mentorship programs
  • Develop skills in marketing, sales, and business management

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (assistance provided)
