Customer service - Office Assistant
- $15 Hourly (plus commission)
- Part-Time
We are seeking a Customer Service - Office Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
