Charlottesville, VA (onsite)
12+ Month Contract
 Mon-Fri, 6am - 4:30pm

Qualifications
  • Responsible for daily operations of a solo-person site supporting a print production center and office services. Includes managing print devices, mail services, and maintaining service standards while interacting with customers.

    Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, and imaging/mail equipment
  • Support print production center and oversee multiple print devices, maintaining documentation on print and key operator details
  • Manage mailroom/copy center/scanning operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and processing of mail
  • Provide copy, courier, hospitality, reception, and switchboard services as needed
  • Perform daily facility walkthroughs to check equipment and ensure functionality
  • Create and complete work orders, reports, inspections, and track service activity
  • Monitor contractors, vendors, and report facility-related issues
  • Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed
  • Coordinate conference rooms and A/V equipment support
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Collect and report operational data; assist with monthly reporting
  • Follow service excellence programs and meet service level agreements
  • Support cost control by managing materials and supplies efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
