Qualifications
  • Provide reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and office services support across multiple client locations.
  • Operate mailroom by receiving, sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform print production tasks, including printing, copying, scanning, assembling, binding, and finishing documents.
  • Maintain printers and copiers by replenishing toner and paper, clearing paper jams, and reporting equipment issues.

Required Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Reliable, dependable, and adaptable to changing work locations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). General computer and office equipment experience. Experience in Print Production, Mailroom Operations, Reception, Hospitality, or Office Services. Previous experience in a Law Firm or professional corporate office environment is preferred.
  • Greet visitors, answer and transfer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule conference rooms using Microsoft Outlook or other scheduling applications.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and staff via Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, phone, and in person.
  • Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Stock kitchen supplies and maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchens, conference rooms, and common office areas.
  • Complete administrative and office support tasks as assigned while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Adapt quickly to changing work locations, priorities, and daily assignments.

Additional Information
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
