Office Services Associate

We are seeking your expertise as an Office Services Associate to join our "a" team.

Working for our fastest growing division, you will work to provide clerical support to both a top executive and the support staff. This is a terrific ground floor opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with vendors to provide for internal office needs, including maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Communicate with Manager to ensure compliance with office standards, as well as make recommendations for needed repairs and service
  • Complete large numbers of requests according to job ticket instructions
  • Process high volumes of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Deliver mail and packages throughout the internal location, following applicable distribution procedures
  • Set up internal meetings, events, and generate/complete catering requests
  • Maintain supply locations
  • Relocate furniture and equipment as needed
  • Repair and paint small areas
  • Set up small and large conference rooms as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a facilities/office services or operations role
  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction, while being resourceful and independent in solving problems
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Able to pay attention to detail
