Description of Role:

Our San Antonio office is looking for a Sales Representative who wants to be part of our internal team. We are looking for an energetic self-starter with an outgoing sales personality who can dive into a territory and grow the business. The ideal candidate is a personable, hard-working individual looking to start their career with a fast-paced business and contribute to an awesome working environment and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify... and grow a sales territory with face to face sales and calls
• Develop a strong sales pipeline by qualifying companies • Lead generation and follow up
• Present strong communication skills-written, verbal, persuasion and presentation
• Maintain up to date, accurate and informative call and email information

Skills & Requirements:

• Appreciation of the personnel industry or desire to learn
• 1 plus year's experience
• The ability to build relationships with decision makers at client companies
• Outgoing personality with a sharp image and positive attitude • Savvy with Social Media and networking.
