We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team and become knowledgeable about our products and services. You will play a vital role in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the customer database
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
