REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

MBA desired

5+ years of leadership experience in Industry Maintenance

Heavy Industrial Experoence

Experience implementing world-class maintenance systems in a large organization

Experience with Capital Projects

Equipment reliability

In-depth understanding of the company's products, goals, and operational processes.

Expertise in maintenance planning and tracking systems, w

Oracle Maximo considered a plus.
