HR Human Resource Manager
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an HR Manager for a company in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for running the daily and weekly functions of the Human Resources department, recruiting, interviewing candidates, and being involved in the overall strategy of the department.

Pay Rate
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Human Resources Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, and identify candidates, coordinate interviews, and offer letters.
- Coordinate and manage agency workers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Process payroll and other HR reports.
- Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Act as a second point of contact for benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Human Resources Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven HR experience/ SHRM Certified preferred.
- Solid understanding of state and federal employment laws, worker's compensation, and OSHA reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and related software.
