Job Title: Human Resource Assistant Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Tampa

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed

- Payroll processing

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations

- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers

- Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

- Excellent independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work management skills

- Proficient in Google Suite and HRIS systems
