Busy Optometry practice seeking full-time Phone Scheduler/Patient Care Coordinator who would be answering phone calls, emails and online request.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, maintain EHR and patient accounts receivables.
We are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask, have great customer services skills, and demonstrate professionalism in appearance and actions at all times. Experience in scheduling preferred but not required.
