Job Description

We are seeking experienced and talented Restaurant Managers/ AGM to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to continue promoting the Sugar Factory brand and reputation along with your Management Team and Team Members.

Responsibilities:

Assist/Oversee day-to-day FOH operations
Assist/Coordinate food and other FOH/BOH orders
Check freshness and quality of food and drink recipes
Assist in the development of promotional items
Manage and support staff on floor to maintain customer service
Work with all management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant management or other related fields
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and beverage, hospitality
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
