Objective: Club Pilates is looking to add a new member to their team! This Teacher Training Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our two Managers of Training and is a direct customer facing role. The role will be admin and operation focused in the sales space. We're looking for a go-getter candidate who is looking to step into the fitness industry!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the department meets monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Working leads through our CRM system and closing enrollments of our Teacher Training program.
- Assign leads in CRM system and share them with studios.
- Assist the Director of Training as needed.
- Coordinate training calls and webinars with prospects to provide additional information and answer their questions about our training program.
- Assist with member accounts including payments, credit card changes, etc.
- Work leads and close sales with direct consumers and assist studio's with participant problem solving customer service.
- Provide customer service to teacher training students as they work through the training program.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3+ years’ experience in sales role. Preferably in a fitness, wellness or franchise-owned brand.
- Experience with customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Understanding of and passion for fitness industry – specifically Pilates.
- Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
- Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable presenting to franchisee partners and staff.
