Job description

Job Title: Bilingual Purchasing Manager (English/Spanish)
Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 – $22
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Purchasing Manager to oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging components, and production supplies specific to the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors. This role is critical in supporting production timelines by securing high-quality materials in a cost-effective and timely manner from both domestic and international vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging in alignment with production requirements and GMP standards
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, pricing, and quality
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers in both English and Spanish to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and confirm lead times
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate just-in-time deliveries to prevent production delays
  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory and internal quality specifications
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with audits or inspections as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent, Procurement Specialist, or similar role, preferably within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
  • Working knowledge of industry-specific supply chain regulations, such as GMP, FDA, and cGMP standards
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
