VyFy Wellness Club, a division of MagnaWave, Inc., is currently seeking a reliable PART-TIME Wellness Technician to provide services at Louisville's health and wellness center. Our facility is located in the heart of old Middletown, off Watterson Trail and Shelbyville Road.
Our ideal candidate is a true people person who genuinely enjoys meeting, talking with, and helping others. We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, engaging, positive, and eager to learn.
This position also has an important sales component. Our Wellness Technicians educate clients about our services, help them determine which options may best support their wellness goals, and recommend memberships, packages, services, and products when appropriate. Previous sales experience is preferred.
Experience in the wellness industry is a plus but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and great with people.
Essential Job Functions

  • Provide exceptional service while building relationships and creating a welcoming experience for members.
  • Assist customers as they receive services: cryotherapy, red light, sauna, float tank, PEMF, compression, hyperbaric, etc.
  • Provide tours, educate clients about VyFy's services and benefits, and help clients determine which services may best fit their wellness goals.
  • Recommend and sell memberships, packages, services, and retail products while contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility, including laundry, sanitization, sterilization, and opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Continually develop knowledge of VyFy's services, products, and their benefits.


Skills, Education, and Experience

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred. Wellness, spa, fitness, hospitality, or customer service experience is also a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mac and appointment scheduling software experience preferred.
