Job description

Medical Director

Specialty : Functional Family Medicine, Longevity & Regenerative Medicine

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the clinical and regulatory leader of a high-volume functional medicine and longevity practice.

  • Provide patient care in functional medicine, hormone therapy, anti-aging medicine, regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, wellness optimization, IV therapy, chronic disease management, and weight loss programs.

  • Supervise APPs and clinical staff while ensuring quality assurance and compliance standards.

  • Review treatment plans, protocols, and support strategic growth initiatives.

  • Work closely with the adjacent med spa under the same ownership.

  • Manage a fast-paced patient schedule of approximately 40-50 patients per day with strong MA and AI-assisted documentation support.

  • Support expansion initiatives including telemedicine, membership programs, e-commerce systems, and national growth opportunities.

  • Maintain excellent patient satisfaction and deliver personalized, patient-centered care.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Active Florida MD/DO license and DEA license required.

  • Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience.

  • Prior Medical Director or clinical leadership experience preferred.

  • Experience in Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging, Longevity, Weight Loss, or Regenerative Medicine preferred.

  • A4M membership or certification preferred but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high-energy, patient-focused personality.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth clinical environment.
