Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director will provide ongoing support and act as the lead for day-to-day HR responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting and new hire process as well as offboarding
Establish strong partnerships with employees and all 5 companies under umbrella
Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
Generate and implement new ideas
Create and conduct active training programs
Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
Maintain HR database and personnel files
Manage all training and development activities
Perform audit and compliance reporting
Serve as a back-up for payroll administration
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years of management experience, strongly preferred
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Certified HR professional preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR).
Ability to work independently
Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000
Work Environment:100% On-site in Las Vegas, NV
