Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions, process orders, communicate with production staff, and offer solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. This role is for management of several fulfillment accounts. Position is full time, Monday - Friday. Experience/Knowledge of fulfillment, logistics, and warehousing operations are a plus, but not required.

We are a established business with a small team that is growing, so processes are flexible and changing. We need someone with patience and willingness to work together as processes change to find our best practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple assigned key accounts by answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Quickly respond to customer emails and phone calls regarding order/project status, placing any orders, or questions.
  • Communicate with customers/clients about job and project details.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure high level of customer satisfaction while strengthening their relationships with Mail Everything, Inc.
  • Plan, organize, prioritize, problem solve, and execute in equal measure to meet goals and customer project requests.
  • Perform and provide unique project quotes by effectively communicating internally and externally with clients and vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal and external partnerships and resources to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Effectively and professionally handle concerns/issues/problems that may arise.
  • Openly communicate problems, potential problems, and status reports to clients through verbal communications, phone calls, or email.
  • Weekend and evening hours availability with access to the internet for email monitoring and responding to customer inquiries. Rare, but may occur.
  • Order creation and shipping label creation.
  • Efficiently communicate with production, warehouse, fulfillment, and office staff.
  • Manage/monitor stock status for clients by performing inventory checks and communicating with warehouse staff.
  • Learn and monitor company’s WMS (warehouse management system).
  • Develop knowledge about Mail Everything, Inc’s ISO 9001.2015 standards and SOP’s.
  • Willingness to gain familiarity with logistics operations.
  • Maintain and order supplies for clients and production.
  • Accurately submit invoice on a weekly, monthly, and project base and submitting all invoices on time.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership/management role required.
  • Energetic, self-starter attitude.
  • Self-directed and hardworking with critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to multitask and balance many demands while retaining a high completion rate.
  • Accountability, dependability, good work ethic, and integrity.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and tidy work space.

Computer Skills Requirements:

  • Learning our Warehouse Inventory System (MEWMS).
  • Learning how to operate QuickBooks software.
  • Microsoft Word.
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • Outlook.
  • Google Suite.
  • Internet (Chrome).
  • Use of keyboard & mouse.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and sitting: Frequent alternation between sitting and standing.
  • Lifting: Must comfortably and safely be able to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Majority of work hours require computer work/looking at a computer screen.

  • Starts at $35,000 with increases based on experience and performance.

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
