Job Summary: Position Overview:

As an Eagle Pace Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing the Eagle Pace investment management platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure the platform to meet those needs, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of investment management operations, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their investment management processes, objectives, and challenges. Provide expert advice on how the Eagle Pace platform can address their specific needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Platform Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Eagle Pace platform for clients, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems such as accounting software and trading platforms.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize the Eagle Pace platform to align with clients' unique requirements, preferences, and workflows. Configure reports, dashboards, and other features to optimize usability and functionality.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to client teams on how to effectively use the Eagle Pace platform. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or questions that arise post-implementation.
• Project Management: Manage the entire implementation process, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to advocate for clients' needs and drive continuous improvement of the Eagle Pace platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in investment management operations, with a strong understanding of portfolio management, performance measurement, and reporting processes.
• Extensive knowledge of the Eagle Pace platform, including hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and experience with database management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
