In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability
Your contribution to the team:
• Expertise in of IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors
• Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals
• A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies
• Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements.
• Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practices
Required Skill and Experience
• Experience delivering technology programs; retail domain experience required.
• Strong understanding of deployment of Point-of-Sale systems (prefer GK, Verifone)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce concise, leadership-ready updates.
• Own and maintain the roll out schedule (milestones, dependencies, rollout calendar).
• Run daily countdown planning calls including internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, drive mitigation plans and escalations with recommended actions.
• Coordinate across product, business, QA, to ensure schedule adherence
• Review technical playbook and update instructions based on product improvements
• Support cutover and go-live planning (readiness checklists, runbook coordination, and go/no-go inputs).
• Ensure smooth and timely rollout of POS solution at C-Store with minimum downtime
• Document retrospective actions and run meetings with client stakeholders and vendors to ensure retrospective actions are closed in timely manner
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Exposure to GK / Verifone POS systems with PDI backoffice.
• Experience of Fuel and Convenience store setup
• Experience supporting release/cutover activities in regulated environments.

• Jira, Confluence (or equivalent backlog/documentation tools).
• MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent planning tools.
• Microsoft Teams and standard collaboration tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure timely decisions to avoid delivery delays.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA: Min: $118,446 and Max: $174,068
