Position: SAP PRA (Production Revenue Accounting) Consultant

Locations: Remote

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

• 3-5 years of management consulting experience leading and delivering ERP projects to energy industry clients.

• 3-5 years of energy industry experience focused on upstream oil and gas, Finance and Accounting business transformation and / or business operations.

• 3-5 years of deep understanding and functional knowledge of SAP PRA, Production Accounting, Revenue Accounting Upstream General Accounting.

• Has completed two full lifecycle SAP implementations.

• Hands on experience in implementation is highly desirable

• Hands on experience in support of SAP PRA is helpful

• Lead design workshops in SAP PRA

• Upstream Oil and Gas Industry Experience (Exploration and Production) is preferred

• Possess excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Experience configuring SAP PRA.

• Knowledge of the SAP IS-Oil Solution (i. e. Upstream Accounting, PRA, JVA).

• Strong Working experience in Requirement gathering, Configuration, Testing and Support.

• Good working experience in SAP modules impacting SAP PRA, such as FI, CO, and JVA.

• Expected to utilize their consulting skills, application, and industry knowledge to streamline the implementation of SAP PRA.

• Writes functional and technical designs to document business processes in SAP.

• Provide application support for issues that can’t be resolved by end users.

• Provides assistance in analyzing report errors.

• Can understand SAP’s ABAP code and work with developers to implement changes to it.

• Experience blueprinting, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting one or more of the following SAP PRA components:

o Ownership

o Production (Volume Allocation)

o Contractual Allocation

o Valuation/Revenue Distribution/Journal Entry

o Severance Tax Reporting

o ONRR Reporting

o Payment Processing

o State Royalty Reporting

o Production Regulatory Reporting
