About the Role

DataMap is seeking an experienced person to join our delivery team and lead enterprise procurement transformation engagements. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert and primary functional lead on Coupa implementations, guiding clients from discovery through go-live and beyond.

You will translate complex business requirements into scalable Coupa configurations, build trusted client relationships, and ensure each engagement delivers measurable business value.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations across modules including procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses
  • Configure the Coupa platform (forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures)
  • Design and execute data migration strategies (suppliers, COA, open POs, contracts)
  • Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to define and validate interfaces
  • Own testing cycles, including unit, integration, and UAT; track and resolve defects
  • Support post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement
Client Engagement
  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses aligned to Coupa best practices
  • Serve as the primary functional point of contact for clients
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both working teams and executives
  • Identify expansion opportunities including additional modules and optimization initiatives
Enablement & Best Practices
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, SOPs, and change management materials
  • Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and methodology improvements
  • Stay current on Coupa releases and translate new capabilities into client value
  • Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, proposals, and solution demos
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ERP, Supply Chain, or Financial ERP implementation experience with at least two full project lifecycles
  • 1+ years of Coupa experience across at least two full project lifecycles
  • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processes
  • Experience writing functional specifications and requirements documentation
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate with both technical and executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coupa Certified Professional (CCP) or BSM certification
  • Experience with Coupa BSM modules: procurement, invoicing, and at least one of sourcing, contracts, or expenses
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or Workday Financials
  • Familiarity with cXML, EDI, or REST APIs
  • Background with a Coupa partner or systems integrator
  • Exposure to Coupa SCDP or Treasury modules
