Job Description
Role
As a Manager of Process Operations (also known as Process Improvement Manager, Operations Manager), you'll lead a team of Process Engineers, focusing on process improvement, technical training, throughput increase, downtime reduction, and work process efficiency. You'll also manage Data Management Systems, mentor engineers on problem-solving methodologies, and analyze process and product performance metrics.
Benefits- Competitive salary range: $101,000 - $180,000.

- BS in Engineering or Business with 10+ years of relevant experience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment.
