Ops Coordinator - Ex

·Provides support to the Directors of Marketing and Marketing Manager by demonstrating a professional demeanor, schedule meetings, assist with special projects and other administrative duties such as organizing and preserving paper and computer files, managing projects, and distributing information through the use of telephones, mail and e-mail.

· Keeps track of invoices and contract elements for sponsorships, events and media promotions.

· Assists with auditing purchases made against invoices received.

· Responsible for conducting research, coordinating meetings and providing all documentation necessary for the meetings.

· Gathers post-event information for management for summary reports to be prepared; Review post-analysis reports and make recommendations to management for future planning.

· Helps ensure contracted deadlines are met.

· Completes internal forms to assist in event execution, requests for promotional coupons, creating purchase requisitions and other company and department forms.

· Assists with approval and maintenance of all marketing content, website, signage, email promotions as well as any duties associated with Harlow’s marketing.

· Coordinates the set-up and staffing for all on and off-site marketing events.

· Represents Harlow’s at all on and off-site events to ensure complete and professional execution of event.

· Position is required to assist with Special Events as needed in convention areas, casino floor and outdoor.

· Must be flexible with working hours

· Performs all other duties as assigned.
