Licensed Real Estate Transaction Negotiator

Our high-volume real estate team is seeking a Licensed Transaction Negotiator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from listing to offer to close. You’ll manage the client relationship, negotiate offers and contract terms, coordinate home inspections, assist with the escrow process, schedule inspection appointments, negotiate repairs and appraisals, and ensure the closing process runs smoothly. This is a local position only and requires some travel to meet clients. Applicant must reside in the Phoenix metro area.

$60,000+ base + bonus

• Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Keep listing clients informed of market conditions, pricing, and competing properties
• Work with lenders and titles to ensure a smooth transaction
• Review contracts, present them to the seller, and negotiate
• Coordinate new listing input, sign, and a lockbox with vendors
• Position may be worked remotely 60-70% with demonstrated skill attainment

• Must have a valid Arizona Real Estate License
• Strong negotiating skills and understanding of AZ real estate contracts
• Ability to problem solve and provide exceptional client service
• Ability to multi-task with a pleasant attitude
• Attention to detail
• Tech savvy and quick learner
• RENE or CTE certification is a plus
