The Opportunity:

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, connecting with clients and helping them transform their homes with top-quality roofing solutions. This W2 position comes with paid training, comprehensive benefits including health care, PTO, vision, and dental insurance, and an earning potential that can easily exceed six figures in your first year.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Consultation: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on roofing solutions.
Sales: Utilize your persuasive skills to showcase the benefits of our top-notch roofing products and services.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
In-Field Training: Learn from the best! Our senior sales executives provide hands-on training to sharpen your skills and excel in your role.
Leads: Enjoy the advantage of having leads provided, allowing you to focus on what you do best – selling! Using our database of thousands of prospective commercial contacts, and inbound leads, we are able to provide each of our sales executives with up to 100 contacts per month.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our roofing solutions.
Sales Experience: While experience in roofing sales is a plus, we welcome individuals with a proven track record in sales or a desire to break into this lucrative industry.
