Pharmacy Benefit Management Coordinator

Role: Care Coordinator

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Location of Assignment: Dublin, OH 43017
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Contract Length: 3 months (W2), potential for extension or conversion pending performance
 
This position will be scheduled to work from home 5 days a week until September due to COVID-19. Come September, the candidate will be required to work in office 2-3 days a week and will be able to work from home the other days during the week. Candidates will need to be able to commute to the work location due to this.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer call overflow
• Place outbound calls to PBM (pharmacy benefit management) helpdesks
• Enter data
• Send scripted emails to customers
• Place outbound calls to customers using a script
• Complete low reimbursement submissions for MAC appeals

Qualifications:
• High School education required
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Customer service experience, comfortable with speaking to customers on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
