Job Category
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Assume overall responsibility for the revenue and margin of a portfolio of strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with partner accounts, from working teams through executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom integrations on partner sites
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to achieve organizational objectives, including borrower acquisition within partner verticals
- Provide leadership in the design, development, and implementation of products and initiatives to drive borrower acquisition through partner channels
- Utilize key metrics to optimize and scale partner performance in a cost-efficient manner
- Oversee contract negotiations and execution for large value contracts
- Design intuitive reports and tracking mechanisms to maintain visibility into partner performance
- Ensure accurate reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation processes are in place
- Collaborate with IT, media, and creative resources to optimize partnership opportunities effectively
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated success in managing key account relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust and rapport with partners
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong overall computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop relationships internally and externally
- Team player with a congenial attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
