Job Description

Seeking an experienced part-time to full time (30 to 40 hours) Medical Front Desk Manager for our fast-growing Chiropractic clinics located in Sandy and Estacada, Oregon. We specialize in Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, and Deep Tissue Laser therapy with the overall goal of personalized and natural healthcare. We serve patients in recovery from work, auto, and sports injuries along with the treatment of a wide range of health concerns. Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients

• Answering phones and taking messages

• Schedule patient appointments for multiple practitioners & locations

• Organize and prepare practitioners schedule

• Assist patients with the completion of all necessary paperwork

• Chart preparation

• Filing & organization

• Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility

• Management of insurance authorizations & referrals

• General upkeep of the facility

Qualifications:

• Medical front desk experience required

• Chiropractic billing preferred

• Knowledge of insurance processes

• Familiarity with alternative healthcare

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Experience with ChiroTouch preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

The position will require 30-40 hrs per week and includes complimentary Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, and Laser Therapy care. The front desk manager will work at the Estacada and/or Sandy location.
